Villa 87 is a newly built villa, with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes) and the marina of L’Estartit. This beautiful luxury detached villa, has a private pool, and is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and the port of L’Estartit.
The entrance of Villa 87 is reached via a staircase, but also via the garage underneath the house. There is a drive to park your car, off the main road, or you can also park inside the garage. Ideal also for cyclists, golfers and scuba divers, as there is a safe, dry place to store your equipment!
From the entrance door, on the main floor, there is a spacious, modern living room (with sofa bed to sleep 2 people), dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace from where you have incredible sea views. There is an outside dining table and chairs to eat alfresco and enjoy the views. Perhaps even enjoying a gin & tonic watching the sunset!
The kitchen is spacious and open plan, and has all appliances, and it has access to the terrace behind the villa that has a private pool, with sun loungers.
This floor has a shower room with toilet.
Downstairs you reach 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace) and another bathroom. All very fresh and airy. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds, so will sleep 6 people comfortably.
Downstairs further, you will reach the garage.
The whole house is equipped with an air conditioning/heating system.
Wifi is included and there is a smart TV allowing you to watch Netflix, Prime etc and there is satellite TV, offering some channels in English and French.
The villa is situated on a hill, but not too far up, so you are able to walk into the town and leave the car at home, very handy if you wanted to eat out in one of the many restaurants Estartit has to offer, and enjoy a few drinks! If you did want to drive to the town and beach, there is free parking on the beach all year round, 24/7.

Plenty of space for 2 families holidaying together, or a group of cyclists to enjoy the vast number of cycle routes in this area, golfers who can enjoy the 9 golf courses all located not too far away or Scuba divers to enjoy the numerous coves and explore the offshore Medes Islands, offering the largest concentration of marine life in the Mediterranean and which is famed for the clarity of its water.
