Villa 87 is a stunning, newly built luxury villa offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes), and the marina of L’Estartit. This detached villa features a private pool and is just a 5-minute walk from the town center and the port of L’Estartit, making it an ideal location for a relaxing and convenient holiday. 

Access and Parking

The villa is accessed via a staircase or through the garage located beneath the house. There is a driveway for off-road parking, as well as the option to park inside the garage. The garage also provides a safe, dry storage space, making it perfect for cyclists, golfers, and scuba divers to store their equipment securely. 

Main Floor 

Upon entering the villa on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious and modern living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2), a dining area, and sliding doors leading to a large terrace. The terrace offers incredible sea views and is equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco meals or enjoying a refreshing drink while watching the sunset. 

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and also has access to the terrace at the rear of the villa, where the private pool and sun loungers are located. This floor also includes a shower room with a toilet. 

Lower Floor

Downstairs, there are three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom and terrace access) and an additional bathroom. The bedrooms are fresh and airy, featuring two double beds and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. 

Further downstairs, you’ll find the garage, which includes a double bed that can be used as an alternative to the sofa bed if preferred.

– The entire villa is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system for year-round comfort. 

– A covered outdoor area with table games provides additional entertainment options.

If you prefer to drive, free 24/7 parking is available near the beach year-round.

This block of apartments, Medas Park, is situated in the heart of Estartit, just 150 metres from the beach.

This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and features a large private terrace with views overlooking the swimming pool. The terrace is accessible via ramps, making it suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartment includes:
– A king-sized double bed, a double bed, and bunk beds (all with Tempur mattresses).
– A sofa bed in the lounge, which sleeps two.
– A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a full-sized fridge/freezer.
– Two bathrooms, one of which is adapted for wheelchair users with a roll-in shower, a shower seat, and a fold-down grab bar next to the toilet.

The TV offers a selection of channels in some different languages.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. There’s also a washing machine located on a back terrace. The apartment has Spanish TV.

Air conditioning/heating is available as an optional extra for €50 per week.

Free Wi-Fi is provided by the community, with speeds of up to 1MB.

A supermarket, open year-round, is just a few meters away. The swimming pool is open from June to September.
