The apartment includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—along with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 to 6 guests. Please note, due to its size, it may feel cozy for six adults.

Villa 87 is a stunning, newly built luxury villa offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the famous Medes Islands (Illes Medes), and the marina of L’Estartit. Access and Parking

The villa is accessed via a staircase or through the garage located beneath the house. There is a driveway for off-road parking, as well as the option to park inside the garage. The garage also provides a safe, dry storage space, making it perfect for cyclists, golfers, and scuba divers to store their equipment securely.

Main Floor

Upon entering the villa on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious and modern living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2), a dining area, and sliding doors leading to a large terrace. The terrace offers incredible sea views and is equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco meals or enjoying a refreshing drink while watching the sunset.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and also has access to the terrace at the rear of the villa, where the private pool and sun loungers are located. This floor also includes a shower room with a toilet.

Lower Floor

Downstairs, there are three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom and terrace access) and an additional bathroom. The bedrooms are fresh and airy, featuring two double beds and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Further downstairs, you’ll find the garage, which includes a double bed that can be used as an alternative to the sofa bed if preferred.

– A king-sized double bed, a double bed, and bunk beds (all with Tempur mattresses).
