Medas “4” is situated in the middle block, on the ground floor with direct views of the gardens. The building is accessible via a ramp from the street. This apartment has been recently refurbished and features a comfortable living/dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen for a self-catering holiday.

The apartment includes:
– A king-size double bed
– Bunk beds (a double bed with a single bed on top).
– A sofa bed in the living room.
– Free Wi-Fi

– The option to add air conditioning for an extra €50 per week.

Parking is available at €70 per week, subject to availability (only 1 space is available). Alternatively, you can park on the streets:
– Directly outside the apartment, parking is payable from 09:00h to 21:00h between June and September.
– There are plenty of other streets where parking is free.
– You can also park for free on the beach 24/7.

I also manage another 2-bedroom apartment and one 3-bedroom apartment within the same complex, making it ideal for group bookings.

Medas Park “Sandra” is situated on the ground floor with direct views of the fish-shaped swimming pool and the gardens. This apartment has been recently refurbished and features a comfortable living/dining area. The bathroom has also been modernized, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. (Including an air fryer!)

The 2 bedroom apartment includes:
– A double bed and two single beds.
– A sofa bed in the living room.
– A TV with Spanish and some UK channels.
– An additional covered terrace with a washing machine and clothesline.
– A safety deposit box.
– Free high-speed Wi-Fi with a fibre optic connection.
– Sun loungers for your private use.
– The option to add air conditioning for an extra €50 per week (the unit is located in the living room).
