Fully equipped with washing machine and full sized fridge/freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has been adapted for wheelchair users with roll-in shower and seat in the shower. The toilet also has a fold down grab bar. The TV can pick up few French, German, British, Dutch, Belgium and Spanish channels.

Includes private parking and has the option of air conditioning @ 70€ extra per week. (The unit is in the living room)

This apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Els Griells, a short walk along the promenade (10/15 minutes) from the town of L’Estartit.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed the other with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & Spanish TV . It is on the second floor (no lift) which is also the top floor and has its own private roof terrace, with BBQ area and sun loungers.

It has off-road private, reserved parking.

The beach is 150 metres away and the supermarket & bars/restaurants are close by.

Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.
