The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The TV has Spanish and some UK channels. There is an extra outside covered terrace where the washing machine is situated with a clothes line. There is also a safety deposit box. The free Wifi is a very good connection of FIBRE OPTIC. And the apartment has its own sun loungers.
Parking is available @ 70 euros/week, subject to availability. (I only have 1 space!)
Parking is available on the streets (directly outside the apartment you must pay 10h-22h in June to September, but plenty of other streets where there is no charge. Also you can park for free on the beach)

It is situated on the second floor with a lift and ramp access, plus intercom entrance.
The lounge opens onto the balcony with sea view. The main bedroom window also has a view of the beach and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker with oven, microwave, a fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster. There is also a washing machine on a back terrace, where there is also beach items for your use. Spanish TV and DVD player.
Air conditioning is available @ 50 euros/week as an optional extra.

There is a supermarket, open all year, just a few metres up the road. Swimming pool is open June to September.
The Blau Park complex is situated approx. 750 metres from the beach. It has a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and large grassed sunbathing area.
This apartment was originally 1 bedroom but has been renovated and an extra bedroom has been added. It is situated on the first floor and overlooks the swimming pool. (North facing) There is a double bed and bunk beds in the 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples or young families.
An American style kitchen has a 2 ring hob, with separate mini oven/grill, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. It has a TV & washing machine.
Air conditioning/heating is available @ 50 euros extra per week if you wish.
